I embrace student -centered method to help coach and facilitate student learning through formal and informal forms of assesment through group discussion,presentation and class participation.
This method makes the student a delegator,facilitator,personal model through inquiry based learning and secondly makes the student a facilitator and a delegator through cooperative learning.
My results last two years i managed a mean of 11.8 and 11.9 respectively.
My strong bond withstudents makes me be a good teacher just listening and understanding their needs despite their abilities...their small wins.
Reaching out to parents and creating a good rapport with them about the well being of their children. through regular updates. Solving my students problems both academically and non academically matters and respecting my students needs.
