I'm not a teacher by profession but I've been in customer service dealing with US customers for more than a decade. I've handled different campaigns in the call center industry set-up. I interact with customers via phone calls, chat or email. Most of my experiences came from customer service dealing with their bank cards and mortgages. The most recent one is about a payment gateway.

I only want to do this as a part time job while I'm waiting for a permanent position this January next year.
