I am a lecturer and i have worked for 6 years in different schools and colleges.I know the time management and most important how to satisfy the students and clear their queries. I am very dedicated to my job and achieved best teacher awards in different institutions.
As a teacher one should focus not only on to teach the students but one should know that either students are satisfied with your method or not an i fully know how to do this. I firstly make a friendly environmnt with students, when students feel easy then i start to teach them and also say them to ask any type of question related to their lesson.
