I am a goal oriented individual and very objective teacher. I am a good listener to my students and an understanding teacher,an all round teacher ready to mould a student and assist a student attain his/her goals in academics.I use varied learning methodology depending on the environment, i. e student centred, incorporating ict in teaching and learning and use of realia(which makes learning more interesting and aids at memory improvement) of the learner. Teaching and learning is not complete without a teacher being able to offer free advice/council to a leaner, which can be social, moral or phycological. This also aids at identifying areas that might be affecting a learner's performance which can easily be solved. With such application, I have always seen my students improving their scores in the subjects.
