It's easy to understand my teaching philosophy. I approach my students with a kind demeanor and employ a practical approach. When it's feasible, I try to make my classes enjoyable. I can also modify my approach to meet the needs of the student, even though my laid-back approach works well for a variety of subjects and grade levels. I am flexible, compassion, self-discipline, drive and patience to reach their students and make them understand their daily tasks and assignments.When creating lesson plans I ensure that students comprehend the subject they will be tested on,I also take into account the goals of state and local testing.
