Hello!

I am Zayra Villar and a Licensed Professional English Teacher. Also, a graduate of University of San Jose-Recoletos with a Bachelor's Degree of Secondary Education major in English.

I have been teaching for almost 3 years now handling secondary students. I would like to be part of your children's journey of learning.

As to my credibility in teaching English, I passed the national board examination for teachers with the total percentage of 81%. I was called to be a substitute teacher of my former High School for a year.Right after, I was confirmed to ranked the second in our locale to be given an item to teach in public school. I started my teaching career when I was 21 years old.

I taught Secondary students handling different subjects such as Practical Research, Creative Nonfiction, Creative Writing, Research Projects, etc. All the subjects involve the English language. Currently, I would love to take a new challenge. I would love to teach kids because they also teach me that learning is fun. Also, I love it that they are curious of everything . I want to be involved honing their skills and their creativity.

Moreover, I know that learning is continuous and by this, I am always open to contemporary ideas and techniques to enhance my skills both personally and professionally. I’m willing to collaborate and offer a positive atmosphere to create unity among others.
