Democratic approach method of teaching inclusive of learners . Each learner is considered highly capable of achieving great results . I give learners an opportunity of interactions during teaching and this makes them to be free with me. Over the years I have been able to lead students get the best results they have never achieved and this greatly increases their self esteem which encourages them achieve more. My main concern is that I meet the personal needs of every learner and increase their potential In the achievement of their goals
