Hi my name is Siddhant Tamhankar.I am from Pune,India.
I am a professional Chess player of FIDE rating 1970 and I have been playing Chess for last 15+ years.
I have been into chess coaching for last 5 years and have successfully trained multiple students for their state and national level age group tournaments.

The main challenge players face in excelling at this sport is their tactics and remembering the principles/Strategies in Chess.Along with this Chess has to be taught right from teaching the basic rules upto advanced concepts like Opening theory,Middlegame strategies and endgames.If you are looking for a coach who could train your child covering all these areas then you have come to the right place😁
I will be more than happy to share my insights about this game which I have gathered over the years.

Achievements as a player:
1)Won Pune district Mayor's trophy in 2018.
2)Qualified for Indian Nationals seniors championship in 2019 by qualifying Maharashtra State tournament that year.

Achievements as a coach:
2 of my students have qualifies for Nationals under 10 in 2022 and Maharashtra State girls under 9 in 2020 subsequently.

Fee details

    ₹1,200–2,000/hour (US$14.27–23.78/hour)

    I charge as per the course as per the child's requirement.
    Some kids require special preparation inorder for me to make sure they learn all the necessary concepts at their level.
    I particularly excel in the training players who want to upgrade their pattern recognition skills,opening theory,middlegame concepts and endgames.
