I am a B.Sc. Electronic and Telecommunication engineering graduate passed out from University of Moratuwa in 2006. I started my job in production field and worked as visiting lecture in Cinec Martime Campus Sri Lanka in 8 months period, I have worked as a Manager _Quality Assurance Currently I am working at as a Quality Specialist- in Multinational Company . I have totally 17 years work experience now manufacturing field.
Japan has selected me to follow The Program for Quality Problem Solving (PQPS) in Tokyo, holding the Lean -Green Belt and following the Lean Black Belt at ILMSL Followed the World class FMEA in year 2018. It is obvious that I can properly manage the English language fluently with written and spoken. (Here I have to state that the 4 years full time degree course, which has been followed in English).
I hope that My subject knowledge more help full to become a good strategic lecture in Mathematics I believe when students are challenged with realistic goals and given the support they need not to just get the answers right but to be able to use those learnings to solve future problems on their own, everyone comes out on top. I also think that as a teacher, it’s my job to support my students through the lessons I give, but also through the various challenges they may face at school, and to partner with them as well as other support systems to help them feel motivated, comfortable, and happy in the classroom
