I am currently a microbiology lecturer with a Ph.D in food and industrial microbiology. My research area covers, food fermentation, safety an processes. I am capable of taking classes in the above field of study alongside with Microbial Ecology and Genetics. I am able to supervise food microbiology project including the dissertation writing as well as journal publications. Presently I take 200 level, 300 level and 400 level students and effectively teach them till they understand the courses. I have a good relationship with my students and collegues at work .
