I believe every student is capable and can learn if the willingness is there. My teaching style is student oriented where they get to share what they are struggling with and what works for them and I create a plan for them based off that. I focus on each student's strengths and try to capitalize on that while equally trying to improve or work on their weaknesses. Most students I've worked with, even in other subjects can attest to improved grades and attitude in learning. No one sucks, we are just learning.
