 Configured and managed D365 Supply Chain and Operations module to streamline inventory management, procurement processes, and optimize supply chain operations within the organization.
 Configured and managed MPOS, enabling efficient and seamless point-of-sale transactions, improving customer experience, and ensuring accurate sales and inventory data.
 Managed LCS (Life Cycle Services), i.e., applying updates and patches
 Managed master data, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical data elements across the D365 system, such as customers, vendors, products, and pricing information.
 Administration of the overall D365 application, including system configurations, security settings, and customization of modules to align with organizational requirements.
Microsoft SSRS & Power BI Implementation
