I am graduate in English literature and sociology. I have almost five years working experience in this field. I believe that a good teacher is a blessing for students. He or she is going to make a life of students. I used to learn and observe my students while teaching weather my lecturer is effective or not by taking short qiz during lesson . Students participation is nesseccary in lesson. I believe that if I am teaching or guiding them . I will engage them too by giving them activities to learn lessons effectively. I am dedicated and devoted teacher . It's not just teacher role student participation is must to achieve better result. Thankyou
