I am a dedicated teacher of chemistry of any class from school to college & university level. I have taught different subjects of chemistry along with analytical chemistry for last 7 years. I follow the following methods to conduct any lecture of the above mentioned subject. 1. Prefer to present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning. 2. Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning 3. Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.) 4. Prefer to revise complex chapter every day of the subject to clarify difficulties. 5. Every week I go different type of questions along with question papers of the previous years. 6. Moreover, I prefer to go with mock test at the end of every month with few chapters that we have gone through. 7. Additionally, some time I prefer a group of students to prepare questions for the class test. 8. I found it helps other students of the class to built confidence and wait for the day to prepare questions for rest of the class.

Postdoctoral Research Associate (Jan, 2011–Feb, 2013) at Northeastern University Boston,MA
• Synthesized cobalt & iron based (non-platinum group metal) non-PGM catalysts that show oxygen reduction activity. • Fundamental understanding of the nature of charge transfer in both aqueous and non- aqueous environments. • Characterized these catalysts by XRD, XPS, SEM, Raman and attenuated total reflectance fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FT-IR) techniques. • Studying the catalytic behavior of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) of these catalysts by rotating ring disk electrode (RRDE). • Changing the structure and content of the cobalt & iron based non-PGM catalysts to improve the activity of oxygen reduction. • Exploring the oxygen reduction site in the synthesized non-PGM catalysts. • Understanding the mechanistic pathway of oxygen reduction in non-PGM catalysts.
Postdoctoral researcher (Jun, 2008–Dec, 2010) at Louisiana state university, Baton Rouge
• Synthesized stimuli-sensitive 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE) based liposome precursor containing redox active nitro group (-NO2) and characterized this N- DOPE liposome precursor by 1H NMR, HPLC and ESI-MS. • Prepared N-DOPE liposome from the precursor and characterized those by differential light scattering (DLS) technique. • Studied and monitored the leakage of calcein-loaded N-DOPE liposome in presence of Sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. • Synthesized several nitro group (-NO2) containing small molecules (model) that mimic N- DOPE liposome precursor and studied the reduction of nitro group (-NO2) in presence of Sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) and e. coli nitroreductase (NTR) by UV-Vis and ESI-MS. • Studied the steps of reduction of nitro group (-NO2) of N-DOPE liposome precursor and model molecules by electrochemistry. • Measuring the diffusion of small molecule and liposome by Pulsed-Field Gradient (PFG) Spin-Echo 1H & 19F NMR spectroscopy.
