Basically i focus on conceptual understanding rather than rote memorization and help students connect concepts to real world applications and encourage them to think critically and logically.i believe in practicing for mastering skills so providing opportunities for students to practice and solve problems and provide constructive feedbacks to help them identify and correct errors.i regularly assessing the student progress and understanding to identify areas of strength and weakness that need improvement so lastly i am willing to adapt their lesson plans and teaching strategies based on student or parent feedback.
