I tend to build a strong/ respectful relationship with my students, where they tend to feel comfortable and at ease with me during the lesson. They obviously benefit since I provide them with all the information they need, and thereby, they feel fully equipped and confident when they enter an examination. For me, it gives me great satisfaction to know that my students have scored good grades and I feel proud of them and also my abilities in teaching. I have been teaching for 2 years now online and also offline and I was very satisfied with the results.
