Hi !
I am a Western Classical Guitarist. if you are looking to start off playing the nylon string classical guitar, I am the person! I have been playing the Western classical guitar for 6 years now. With me, you'll learn the basics of fingerstyle playing. The notes will be taught in proper Western staff notation, no tabs. In notation, you shall learn every note and scale, along with scale exercises to remember them. Power exercises for the left and right hand by composers Guiliani and Villa Lobos will also be taught. These fundamentals along with simple repertoires shall prepare you for the Trinity - Guildhall examinations as well.

Students of age groups above the age of 7 are welcome to learn. The type of guitar is the 6-string classical guitar - nylon string. Requirement: nails only on the right hand and clean shaved on the left hand. A spare classical guitar will be provided till you get your own but it is preferable to have your own guitar as the size and comfort varies from person to person.
