I work as a Government Teacher since 2019. Before that I taught in Private Sector for a couple of years. In this 7 years experience, I have learned How to teach?
I can understand the need of the student and How to deal with him/her?
I use to teach Inductive method, to go from general examples towards specific needs.
I ask questions and try to understand the answer of my student, to know whether he/she got me and can spread knowledge or not?
