First of all making a student comfortable is the most important step in my teaching style. Then after that it is important to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Knowing this can make it is easy for both of us to work on the particular point and build on it.
I don't mind the student asking any particular question again and again the only thing that matters to me is whether or not I have been able to clear that particular query.
I have tried and improved the results of my students with this methodology and have been able to do that with some efficiency as well.
