I have previously worked with special needs students (medically diagnosed with attention deficit) so my strategies are usually to capture as much of my students' attention as possible. I am proud to have my special needs students successfully pass their classes without any fail. I am willing to help with homework and would provide additional explanation if the student finds certain topics difficult. I am patient and determined but also kind and understanding of my students. I am myself a university student so I tend to get along with my fellow learners.
