I encourage learner- centered teaching. I also provide alternatives in doing things to make the learner be reliable to use the method he/ she understand.
Good interaction during learning. I believe in positive attitude towards performing different mathematical tasks.
I use real life situations and realia in learners surrounding.
Currently released results I was teaching some learners maths and they achieved a mean score of 80.
Mentored about 17 learners and most of them have recorded best results.
Collaboration and communication form the basic components in teaching and I do encourage learners view and incoperate them in learning
