I mostly use the hybrid and demonstration type of teaching inorder to equip my students with the knowledge they deserve. I tend to also give my students an ample time when it comes to assignments or even when they struggle to understand. Throughout my 4 years experience as a teacher both online and present, my students have indeed shown significant improvement and most of them are able to become above average students.
I also find it necessary to go with the pace of my students when learning for them to understand the necessary learning concept needed.
