Teaching as a fun and responsibility, I believe there has to be a good space for students. Having them given a good space, there is possibility proper learning and sharing. As its frequency increases, students obviously have learning opportunity. Sticking to this norm, my way of facilitation is interaction and discussion with students. Along with it, there will be daily practice session with reference to specification grid. Rather than carrying out the text as a whole, I try my best to correlate textual learning with their experiences. Hence, the students have full confidence to face their prescribed test.
So far I have been able to make my students succeed in their exam, however, I do not fully content in the previous tests only. For there are new challenges and opportunities along with new contexts. That is why, I believe in keeping my self up to date with approaches.
In conclusion, I believe performance with satisfaction is the key factor and it influences in the learning.
