I possess an exhaustive industry as well as teaching experience in IT and marketing. I have authored textbook on Relationship Marketing (or CRM) published by the Prentice Hall of India. Besides, I have also authored MIS book published by Scitech Publishers of Chennai, A treatise on Information Technology published by Aryan Publishers Kolkata.
