I have been a true blue Biologist since school with all my efforts in learning mainly based in the field of Biology right from my Bachelor's program in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology to my doctoral degree in Biotechnology where I worked in Human Physiology. I have been teaching students Biology since my Master's program in Health Sciences and have the inept ability to make all topics simple and easy to understand by using real-life examples and drawing parallels with everyday objects and processes. I have been teaching Biology and its related aspects to students from grade 8 to grade 12 across different curricula since 2018. I believe that giving students the confidence and appropriate skills to use their knowledge is the best way to assist students to succeed. My interests in Biology lie in Genetics, Evolution, and Human physiology with a passion for research and developing laboratory and scientific skills. As an IBDP Examiner for Biology, I have experience in correcting IAs this past year and this has made my understanding of the research components of the IB program more concrete. I have obtained 100% results with my IBDP, AS/A levels, and IGCSE students with high grades in all their papers. IBDP students score well in their papers as well as their IAs and EEs. I am the ideal person to contact if you need a clear, solid understanding of Biological concepts, if you would like to develop excellent research skills, and of course, if you want to improve and get great grades in your high school program.
