 Corp Sec, notarial, contracting/legal, risk management and meeting regional compliance environment (tax, capital controls, customs/tariffs, navigating local labour laws)

 Business case and ROI opportunities, evaluation of investment projects.

 Strong working relationships with key stakeholders (technology partners,
compliance advisors)

 Formulate & identify structural flaws in business strategic and operational plans. Investigate feasibility of new revenue streams, highly involved in new initiatives, investment appraisals and projects. Provide financial support and visual analysis that makes sense commercially as well as complex structured finance transactions.

 Business Case Analysis, Investment Memorandums/Payoff Risk-Return Analysis and Funding, Investment Agreements, DRIWs for investment projects that meets the Investment Mandate and Thresholds.

 Risk & Tax Strategy, Mitigation, Feasibility assessment and Change Management

 Lead in settlement strategy and negotiation with key partners and suppliers.

 Maximise long run profitability through proficient paradigmatic change management. Coordinated profitability management and profit mapping.

 Identify monitoring metrics and benchmarks for evaluation of capex and opex plans, including monetizing of assets.

 Establish well collaborated processes for data-driven decisions and ensure high value add of execution using lean and best practices.

 Establish baseline controls, coding and master data that are shared within the Group of business units and/or projects that are under the purview of this role.

 Managing finance teams in the group of companies from statutory reporting, management reporting, treasury, internal controls, taxation and full spectrum of financial & accounting functions.

 Designing, influencing, developing, monitoring the implementation of business plans, budgets and forecasts covering the entire group of companies to ensure that business objectives are met.

 Global treasury management, cash pooling, hedging, investment opportunities with better ROIs.

 Optimise company’s overall business infrastructure and processes to support growth globally. Overcome control breakdown and failure to report in a timely manner in Brazil.

 Retain prior period forecasts for back testing, improving predictive accuracy of forecasts, predictive reporting. Replace model assumptions with actual values for those drivers to test the quality and predictive accuracy of business models. Difference/variance analysis from estimates and how inputs may have resulted in different outputs when modelled. This analysis often unveils where and how business logic, business rules may need to be modified to improve accuracy.

 Business case analysis and predictive analytics applied on supply chain, using forward looking inputs & tools such as customer demand, status of shipment, operating hours of plants etc for decision making, modifying as-is and triggering resupply. This allows visibility and system settings management in the background. Overall, providing a serve of corporate knowledge management centre that delivers repeatable business predictions. Working capital savings have been significant while increasing return on inventory.
