I am a multifaceted professional with an overall work experience of 22 years which includes 12 years teaching MBA, MIB, PG and UG students.As a passionate educator, I conduct online and offline classes for Business Communication, Organizational Behaviour, HRM, Consumer Behaviour, Business Ethics, Talent Acquisition, Managing Virtual Organization and Training & Development. I specialise in exploring the dynamics of human behaviour in organzations emphasizing on motivation, leadership, culture and team dynamics. I develop and deliver quality and comprehensive course content with a unique blend of practical insights and academic rigour to my teaching.
