I love to teach physics. I teach physics with examples and demonstrations which clears the concept. I derive all the formulas. I do teach online and offline in both mode. Physics is neither only about mugging up formulas or the derivation, rather it is more about understanding the underlying concepts.
I start discussing from the scratch and then go to the higher levels. For an example for discussion on center of gravity I demonstrate first how to find the center of gravity of a scale or a pencil then I go into the explaining concept and formula and it's derivation.
