In todays world, Teaching is the most challenging job as dynamics of teaching changes from time to time, region to region and also with the rapid change in technology. In todays world, the dynamics of teaching is changing rapidly and one should adopt himself with the new techniques that covers students creativity and adoptability. As a teacher, i would adopt different teaching methodologies that would be beneficial in clearing the concepts of students.
I would be glad to share my competencies and the knowledge i acquired till my life to benefit the society round the globe. In todays world, most of the students lack critical thinking and creativity, so i strive my best to enhance these abilities of the students thats why i preferred coaching technique over lecture style. I am preparing my students to the current challenges they faced in the current market.
I also set certain goals and objectives and through my professionalism i slowly and gradually work on the student internal and hidden abilities to grow their carrier and put them on the right track.
