I am basically an engineering graduate with MBA. I have worked as a HR for around 16 yrs and currently doing tutoring jobs for mathematics subject for various classes of various boards. The students who joined had got their mathematic fundamentals strong which enabled them to excel in mathematics. I have done no marketing but got students through word of mouth. I prefer to handle students on one to one basis as each one of them are of different caliber,enable them to understand the concept and gain confidence in handling the subject. I am proud to say that the students who were tutored by me gained confidence, reduced their mistakes and also excelled in their subject.
