My goal to make my students feel refresh and healthy through my Yoga & Mediation sessions. In my yoga session Asana, pranayama, Breathing mediation, Guided Mediation, Chidakasha meditation, Antar Mouna, Transcendental meditation & Chakra Mediation. The health of people around me is my prime job. I love doing that. The mind and body work together to help you achieve success in everyday life.
