Whether I teach first graders or doctoral students, i always focus on the ability to innovate, think outside the box, and find novel solutions to challenges, which will empower them to meet a wider range of students’ needs.I focus on individual growth mind set because individuals who have a growth mindset believe that traits like intelligence and creativity can be developed with practice.
