With a major in Artificial Intelligence and hands on experience of research and project making on different topics, I have the technical expertise, organizational and time management skills along with proficiency and knowledge of computer science to help students develop essential skills to succeed in a competitive environment. .My teaching philosophy fundamentally centers on three key viewpoints, which I believe are crucial to creating an engaging learning environment.
First and foremost, it’s extremely important to understand the unique needs of every student. Every student learns at their own pace, and they ought to be tended in that manner. I believe it’s the duty of the teacher to adapt his/her teaching style so they are appropriate for all.
Second, a positive student-teacher relationship should be built on mutual respect, as it is highly essential to helping students reach their full potential. It gradually encourages the student to freely express his/her opinions and ask questions. It’ll promote an active learning space.
And third, the value of self-reflection and self-learning must be emphasized to the learner. I encourage my students to be responsible for their own learning and to reflect on their progress. This, in my opinion, will help students become independent, recognize their shortcomings, and aid in their improvement. They’ll thereby acquire abilities like decision-making and problem-solving.
