Hi, my name's Lee.

I'm a CELTA certified English teacher with over 5 years of experience teaching a variety of ages from young learners to skilled professionals.

I excel at teaching functional language. My students not only learn vocabulary and grammar but also how to use English in realistic situations. English doesn't have to be studied through boring memorization; it can be learned through fun and practical activities that mimic real life.

Furthermore, I regularly help young students develop natural pronunciation, and I have helped many adult learners correct bad pronunciation habits. I have studied many languages myself including Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. As such, I'm aware of the difficulties and needs of language learners especially as it relates to pronunciation.

Finally, the aspect that truly helps my students succeed is free practice. It's not enough to simply require students to memorize vocabulary and grammar rules. Students need opportunities to speak and use English freely. I offer students time for this during every class to improve fluency. Afterwards, the students are given feedback on their speaking to improve and develop their skills.

Fee details

    AMD3,800–7,600/hour (US$9.49–18.98/hour)

    Charges vary based on student level and age. The base rate is 5700 per hour for teenage/ adult learners and 7600 per hour for children under 13 years of age. Groups of students can receive discounted rates as low 3800 per student.
