Am a trained teacher with teaching experience of 6 years. I use different teaching styles, demonstration and facilitation are part of style I do use while teaching. The goodness of demonstration style is that when the student haven't understood the theory part it becomes easier for him or her to get the concept. I use both student centered and teacher centered during learning and this has helped a lot of students in learning. Those who has challenges in reading skills I do start with sounds first. I do motivate and work with students as partner in learning.
