I am an working software professional and believe that process will make life easy. Similarly in teaching also if a process made then learning any subject would not be difficult. Here process defined as the sequence of activities which we make to understand the subject.

Following the syllabus and attain good marks is a secondary part. The first thing is to get master on the subject, then all marks will follow you. This is the thing i believe and ofcourse gaining marks is the measure for Pass/Fail will help on that too.

Above said mastering in any subject only comes if the effort is 100% else it is not achievable.

I will be helping in motivating and helping in understanding the subject.
