I start by finding out what my learners know about the subject. This is done by asking them a few questions to gather what they already know. Teaching is done from known to unknown. During teaching, I give a lot of example to help them grasp the content. Amid teaching, few questions emerge that I keep on checking. Where the content has not been understood, I repeat the task trying to as much as I can to simplify the content. If learners understand Kiswahili, I also switch to it to make understand.
