First of all i take lecture and share my concept with them then i taking a Quezz .Taking test in every weekend.
1-Giving presentation
2-Providing lesson plans
3-Giving assignments
4- sharing notes with them
5-by Solving problem
Providing proper time to the students. If student are weak or shy then help him to built his confidence level.
Make friendly with him.
If student not understand once lecture then i take another lecture of same lesson so that they understands the concept.
So that they gain good score
If i fulfill these criteria it make me a good teacher
And i able to empress my students
