First of all, I will try to communicate and detect which area or topic the students want to improve and try to work with them. My teaching method normally trying to match the student's level and explain to them so they can easily understand the problem. Normally I like to do exercises since this is the best way for students to learn. Different students may need different approaches, so that's why communication is very important. Some may need rewards and compliments to encourage them. Some may need a reward or gift.
