I practice learner-centered instructional model. With a fairly vast experience in career teaching, I have earned invaluable awareness of learners' varied intellectual abilities and educational needs.i use array of techniques that suit each learners' needs with significantly positive deviation in a majority under my care. I have been exposed to various curricular and acquired a deeper understanding of my subject areas and assessment objectives. More importantly, I have the ability integration Information Technology in teaching for learning convenience and better academic results. I am apt to task and believe that whoever engages me will find it so.
