I am Karan Singh Chauhan.

"Singing is both my passion and my devotion. It is a pure art form through which I can impart invaluable knowledge to my students."

I've had the honor of learning from my guru, Pandit Suryakant Gaikwad, who belongs to the Patiala Gharana.I've had the opportunity to receive guidance from my gurus, Pandit Hridaynath Mangeshkar and Shree Adinath Mangeshkar, as a means to nurture myself.

🎓 With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Music from MIT ADT University, I've honed my skills and deepened my passion for the art of sound. 🎶

1. In 2021, I had the privilege of receiving the prestigious T-Series Award from the incredibly talented Dhvani Bhanushali and Guru Randhawa, recognizing my dedication and talent in the music industry. 🏆

2. The highlight of my career was when I had the honor of singing alongside the living legend, Usha Mangeshkar Ji. The experience of harmonizing with her was a dream come true, and it continues to inspire my musical journey. 🌠

3. Meeting the legendary Lata Mangeshkar was a moment etched in my heart forever. Her grace, wisdom, and timeless contribution to music have left an indelible mark on my soul. 🌸

4.I had the privilege of performing in front of Shaan Sir virtually, an experience that expanded my musical horizons and fueled my artistic aspirations. 🌟

5. I had won an international award virtually, judged by the melodious Alka Yagnik Ji, which stands as a testament to my dedication and hard work in the music industry. 🥇

6. I am Honored to receive the Prestigious Awards "Voice of Pune" and "Voice of Maharashtra," recognizing my dedication and contribution to the field. Grateful for the acknowledgment and excited to continue making a positive impact through my voice.

I've received training in Hindustani classical music, and I also enjoy exploring various other music genres like semi-classical, Bollywood, Marathi songs, Hindi songs, devotional music, bhajans, and ghazals.

Age Group : I teach students of all ages, starting as young as 4 years old and going up to 80 years old. I believe that sharing musical knowledge should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age.

Practical Teaching Method : My teaching method is straightforward. I begin by focusing on the pronunciation of 'SA' and help you become comfortable with the Tanpura. Then, I gradually introduce other swaras (musical notes). I have created a simple, customized syllabus that is designed to meet the needs of beginners and intermediate singers, making it easy for all my students to follow.

Theory Teaching Method : In the theory part of my teaching, we start with basic definitions like "saptak" (a set of seven musical notes), "swaras" (individual musical notes), and "sargam" (musical scale). We also cover the history of Indian classical music and explore various ragas in detail.
