I am currently a medical student and teaching biology to 9,10,11,12 in academy.
The most recent achievement mine is that i received a laptop from government.
I teach according to students ease what they like. Which methods of teaching makes them easy to grasp concepts.
I know the importance of knowledge for the students. I give them the freedom to ask any logical question and try to make them clear.
And the results depond the compatibility between the teacher and the student. The better the understanding, the better the results.
