I prioritise learners' interests and ensure specific leaner and teacher goals are achieved. I'm good in time management and achieve lesson objectives. I embrace learner centered approach with teacher guidance at every learning stage and assessment done either verbally or written to gauge the learner's progress after a lesson.
My lessons are captivating and from simple to complex concepts for easier learning so as to achieve desirable goals.
I use realia, charts and available learning aids to enhance learning. I offer guidance and counselling sessions at some point on weekly basis.
