Grass root level understanding and a friendly atmosphere to help the student adapt to new techniques and method of study. I firmly believe that every child has their own pace and will work towards his or her goal if given the opportunity. The student teacher ratio is more of a guide rather than an instructor. Lesson plans are a must and one should try to follow it as much as possible so that it helps the student be much aware of his her own understanding of the lesson that is being taught.
