My name is Amanda and I am a British-born academic with a log experience working in Higher Education in the UK and abroad. I am very driven and focused and I have an enthusiasm for teaching, tutoring and research. I have over 10 years teaching experience and I have taught and tutored undergraduate and post-graduate students, up to doctorate level. I am a well-rounded and experienced teacher with a strong knowledge of academic writing. I have published in international Journals and I have also written a book based on my PhD research. During my teaching career I have successfully tutored many students in assignment and dissertation writing.

My lessons are fun and informative and I love to involve students in the teaching process. I have an open and engaging teaching style that students enjoy. I also have experience teaching students from a range of cultural/ethnic backgrounds and ability levels. I am able to adapt to the needs of different students, showing patience and a genuine desire for the success of every student.
