I have been a Yoga practitioner, meditation and Movement expert for over 10 years. I am a Yoga Alliance-certified Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mediation and Pranayama teacher from Rishikesh and Jaipur. I currently reside in Auroville where I practice Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo.

I believe in the elevation of consciousness through the practice of yoga which not just includes Asanas but the overall philosophy. I am a certified philosophy teacher, Reiki healer and Gene-keys reader too. I also counsel people using Integral psychology techniques and self-realisation techniques. Through my classes, I aspire to provide a total and complete transformation to my students so that they can witness the benefits not only in the physical body but mental states and spiritual states.
