I never used typical methods of teaching just like filling the white boards, I prefer the student how he want to learn, mostly I used discussion method. I use to teach conceptual methods bcz in my point of view if a student shall learn the concept he able to describe it in his own words.And this the trick which is being used in exam to seek the precise answers of the questions. This is not a time when typical questions were asked by the examiner.
Ratta system has made redundant now,At present those students who learn the concept are shining in the sky.
But I evaluate my student strictly.
I think it is my right to check and analyze them when I gave my full and 110% then I expect my student to perform 200%.
And I claim he/she will be...insha ALLAH
