To begin with it was my hobby to be teacher since my high school level i always like to handle this jobs as its required by following school rules and regulations
I would to use some strategic ways to solve student issues . And also i like to bring up young student to be up moral because they will come our leaders this modern world in the futur.perhabs to be a teacher you are value the society .where our most unniversity leavers do not understand so as to bring back their knowledge to community.
Being a teacher it required so many things to focus on bacuse you are dealing different students with different characters and sometimes some environment and not freindly in the process of teaching. All those requires to look on and to carry the best way so as to reach your goal which is to pass your knowledge to students.
And I mostly focus on conducting the following steps
.class management
. Lesson planing
. Time management
. Student record keeping
. Exam preparation
. Faireness to student
. Practising honest
. Friendly to environment
