Teaching, for me, is about stimulating the learner to desire learning through discovery and developing curiosity to want to know more about a given topic. I try to make the learning process as simple and fun for the learner as possible. My teaching style is largely learner centred; which basically means the learner will take a centre stage in the process and do most of the activities solely by themselves as I guide them to discover more. This method is very effective as the learner is able to have a first hand experience thereby improving mastery of content and encouraging creativity and innovation in the learner.
