I usually give opportunity to my students to explore their strengths and weaknesses. I love the Socratic method of teaching and I prefer my students to be engaged in a hands-on and board work experience. I love it when students raise questions rather than being silent. I do not stop my students until they get to the point of the class and without learning the desired lesson for the day. I spend time in remedial classes without pay. Most of my students and tutees are successful and have improved a lot in Mathematics.
